Humans – What are we, how did we get here and why are we here?

Here at Lightbody Health, after over a decade of spiritual truth-seeking we feel we have found the answers to what we were looking for. What we found was how to access that eternal place of Source within, our true Self, the Source in which our physical experience comes from. With this discovery comes a peaceful and joyful existence with the ability to not only cope better in this modern day life but see it for what it truly is – an unlimited expression of the Divine. The Lightbody Health blog was created to share what we have found and hopefully inspire others to go within and discover the Truth of who they are.
